Flatbread with caramelized onions, smoked bacon, & creamy gorgonzola cheese.
Calamari alla Diablo
Lightly breaded calamari rings sautéed with onions & peppers Diablo style.

Pollo alla Rosso Classico
Tender filet of chicken layered with Italian capicolla ham, provolone cheese, red & green bell peppers then simmered in our marinara sauce with hints of Rosso wine, finished in our oven.
Served with a garbonzo bean & orzo pasta pomodoro.
Filet alla Gnocchi
Filet Medallions grilled to your preference. Served with potato gnocchi, sautéed onions and mushrooms in a wine demi glacé. Topped with a housemade gorgonzola butter.
Salmoné alla Limoné
Pan seared fresh Atlantic Salmon topped with lemon, capers and our white wine butter sauce.
Served with orzo pasta spiked with toasted almonds.
Pesce alla Pomodoro
Pan seared shrimp tossed with grape tomatoes, broccolini and fresh basil set on a bed of fresh fettuccini pasta.
Primavera alla Lasagna
Fresh zucchini, eggplant, yellow squash, roasted red bell pepper & spinach leaves layered between pasta sheets then dolloped with seasoned ricotta cheese and finished with mozzarella.
Topped with our housemade blush sauce. Garnished with fresh grated Romano cheese.
