We have launched a new and improved menu designed to pair perfectly with our award-winning Signature Series Wines. The menu is a collaboration of expertise by Winemaker Nicholas Ferrante and Executive Chef Nina Kacvinsky, who worked closely togethe to make sure that ever dish is paired with the perfect wine. The dishes are lighter and healthier versions of what consumers are looking for these days. The emphasis of course is on how Ferrante’s wines bring out the flavors of each delectable dish.
Here is a sampling of just a few of our new entrees paired with wines:
Pollo Con Capperi Chicken Breast Lightly Floured and Pan-Seared "Alla Francese"
with Our Dry Wine, Lemons, Capers and Arugula Leaves Over Pasta.

Vitello Alla Saltimbocca Chef's Favorite!! Our Veal Lightly Sauteed with
Proscuitto Ham, Shittake Mushrooms and Sage in our Cabernet Franc Wine Sauce.
Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

Pesce Alla Grigio Large Black Tiger Shrimp & Prince Edward Isle Mussels
Sauteed with Pinot Grigio, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Shallots and Arugula.
Served on a Bed Of Linguine.

Langostino's Alla Manicotti House-Made Cheese Manicotti Topped with
Langostinos, Spinach Leaves, and Sun-Dried Tomatoes in our Chardonnay
Lobster Cream Sauce.
