All weekend long, enjoy a special Mother's Day menu at Ferrante Winery & Ristorante.  We've picked the perfect wine to complement each course - or feel free to pick your own, perhaps Mom's favorite?

Appetizer:  Crabcake alla Pomodoro -- House-made crab cakes lightly breaded and pan fried to a golden brown, then topped with a sun-dried tomato aioli.  $9.95
Wine suggestion:  Grand River Valley Chardonnay Reserve

Pasta:  Pasta Josephine -- Named after Mom so you know it's the best!  Lobster meat, crab claws, jumbo scallops, large shrimp sauteed in our garlic cream wine sauce, on a bed of fresh spinach fettucine.  Garnished with freshly grated Romano cheese.  $23.95
Wine suggestion:  Grand River Valley Pinot Grigio

Feature:  Monterey Chicken -- Pan-seared chicken breast layered with vine-ripe tomatoes and Monterey Jack cheese, then oven baked and topped with sauteed artichoke hearts, prosciutto ham and mushrooms in our blush sauce.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes.  $17.95
Wine suggestion:  Vino della Casa Red

Catch:  Mahi Mahi alla Pineapple Salsa -- Fresh charbroiled Mahi Mahi topped with a pineapple cilantro Riesling glaze.  Served with a fruited risotto.  $21.95.
Wine suggestion:  Grand River Valley Gold Bunches Riesling

Dessert: 
Blackberry Cabernet Sorbet with White Chocolate gelato  $5.95
