Sirloin strip steak char-grilled to perfection.  Topped with mushrooms in our black pepper wine cream sauce & served with garlic mashed potatoes.  Garnished with tobacco onions.

Fresh fettuccini pasta tossed with large shrimp, asparagus spears, prosciutto ham and grape tomatoes oilio style.  Drizzled with our balsamic wine reduction.  Garnished with frizzled scallions.

Vanilla bean ice cream with mini dark chocolate chips & apricots infused in Vidal Blanc Ice wine.  Topped with fresh whipped cream. Garnished with an Italian cookie.

Recipe of the Month

Ferrante’s Cabernet Sauvignon

Ice Wine Glazed Salmon

A sweet & savory glaze that perfectly coats and balances the richness of the Salmon.  It’s a simple but tasty & healthy recipe.  Pairs perfectly with a glass of Ferrante’s Ice Wine.



2 6oz. Salmon filet pieces-skin removed

Salt & pepper

½ cup Ferrante’s Cabernet Sauvignon Ice Wine

¼ cup orange marmalade

1 tsp. olive oil

¼ cup minced shallots

½ cup quartered strawberries




1.) Season Salmon with salt & pepper and place in a plastic storage bag or flesh side down in a shallow pan.

2.)Whisk together the wine and marmalade and pour about ¼ cup of the mixture over the Salmon.  Set aside the remainder, & marinate the Salmon for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.

3.)Preheat skillet to medium-high heat, add olive oil.  Add Salmon, cook 6 minutes. 

4.)Add the shallots, season with salt and pepper, cook for about 3 minutes, to soften the shallots.

5.)Reduce heat to low, add the Ferrante’s Cabernet Sauvignon Ice Wine and marmalade mixture and reduce slightly.

6.)Add the strawberries to the pan basting the sauce over the Salmon until sauce is thickened & the Salmon is cooked through to desired doneness. 

7.)Serve on a bed of fruited Quinoa.   

8.)Enjoy with a glass of Ferrante’s Ice Wine!!!
