The Ferrante Family has been making wine since 1937 when Nicholas and Anna Ferrante started the original winery in the Collinwood area of Cleveland, Ohio. In 1979, visionary, Peter Ferrante Sr. moved the winery operations to its current location in Harpersfield Township, Geneva Ohio.

A ristorante was established in 1989 to showcase their international award-winning wines and to create the ultimate wine and food experience. Today, a State-of-the-Art Winery operation, a spacious Tasting Room, and our Full-Service Restaurant welcomes our guests.

For summertime dining, we have our beautiful outdoor Terrace with live, weekend, summertime Entertainment.Ferrante Winery & Ristorante is truly, a one-of-a-kind, destination in Northeast Ohio conveniently located a half-mile from Interstate 90.

Nicholas Ferrante, third-generation Winemaker, boasts his Signature Series wine produced from premium estate grown grapes such as Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Gewürztraminer, in addition to our very special Ice Wines made from Vidal Blanc and Cabernet Franc grapes.

The Ferrante Family invites you to start your own family tradition at Ferrante Winery, the original winery in your own backyard. Our 65 acres of manicured vineyards are viewed from the restaurant windows and surrounds the winery.
